*Coursing Lotto*: The following numbers were drawn on Monday 6th May in

*GAA Under 16: *The Ballyheigue U16 hurlers were defeated by St Brendans in
County Div 1 League Final at Austin Stacks Park on Thursday evening. The
Ballyheigue boys put in a fine display and just came up short at final
whistle. Final Score Ballyheigue 0-15 to St Brendans 3-9.
*Intermediate:* Ballyheigue intermediate hurlers lost to Causeway in
Q-Final North Kerry Championship.
*Seniors:* The Senior Hurlers were defeated by Lixnaw in North Kerry League
on Sunday. Score Ballyheigue 1-9 to Lixnaw 1-19
*U14 *Ballyheigue U14 hurlers defeated Firies in Co. League on Saturday
evening. Final Score Ballyheigue 7-4 to Firies 4-2
*Kerry Hurlers: *The Kerry Senior Hurlers were beaten by Antrim in Dunloy
in Joe McDonagh Cup last Saturday on Score Kerry 0-14 to Antrim 3-19

U14 CAMOGIE FEILE FINAL: Best of luck to the Causeway U14 team who play
Cillard in the Co. Feile Final on Sunday.
U16 CAMOGIE: Well done to the Causeway girls who took part in an U16 blitz
held in Caherslee on Bank holiday Monday. They were victorious in 4 out of
their 5 games putting them in 2nd place on the day. Our thanks to Carmel
from Tralee Parnells & Kerry Camogie for organising everything and making
it such a success. Hopefully we will have a lot more blitzes & games over
the summer for all the girls.
*St. Brendan’s A.C.*
Well done to club athlete Kevin Horgan who was presented with his 100th
junior parkrun certificate at Tralee juniors last Sunday.
Congratulations to Ballyheigue club athletes, Ben O Connor who won a gold
medal at the 500m and to Aaron Horgan who won gold at the 600m at the
County Championships in An Ríocht track, Castleisland last Sunday and well
done to Dylan McEvoy, Matthew O Sullivan and Kevin Horgan, who also
competed and were just outside the medals. These championships were held
over two Sunday’s and St. Brendan’s A.C. athletes brought home many medals
with all athletes enjoying competing in many events.
The Primary School Sports Area Final will be held next Wednesday, 22nd May
starting at 6 p.m. sharp in An Fearann Sportsfield. Qualifiers from the
area final go to the County Final which will be held in the An Ríocht A.C.
track on Wednesday, 12th June at 6 p.m. sharp. All details have been sent
to both Glenderry and Bouleenshere National Schools. The programme of
events is also available on St. Brendan’s A.C. facebook and Blog pages.
Training continues on Monday evening from 7 to 8 p.m. for u12 to masters in
An Fearann Sportsfield. There is no training for juveniles on Wednesday
evening as the Primary School Sports are being held. Thursday evening will
see the Masters train from 7 to 8 p.m. and all are to meet in the carpark
