GAA LOTTO: The following numbers were drawn at last Sundays GAA LOTTO:
1-12-14-22. The Jackpot of € 9.300 was not won. Next week’s Jackpot will
be €9,350. The two €50 winners were Thomas Healy, Dromature. And John

PATTERN DAY MASS: We would like to thank the large crowds who attended the
Pattern Day Mass. Míle buíochas also to all who organised and helped out in
a big way to make it such an enjoyable day for all of us. May our Lady be
our strength as we face into Autumn.

THE LIXNAW PRAYER GROUP: Will mark the 50th anniversary of St.Pio’s death
(23rd Sept 1968) and the 100th anniversary of the Stigmata (Received on 20th
Sept 1918). The celebration will take the form of a procession through the
village commencing at 7.30pm on Tuesday Sept 18th and on to the church
where Mass will be celebrated at 8pm. The Padre Pio Healing glove will be
available for blessings on the night.

BEGINNING EXPERIENCE: Is a specially designed Support Programme for men
and women who have suffered the loss of a spouse by death, separation or
divorce to work through the grief process in a safe and confidential

ST BRENDAN’S AC NOTES: All pupils in the parish are invited to take part
in the Primary Schools cross country this Wednesday evening, September 19th
in Ardfert in An Fearann grounds (near Ardfert Medical Centre). This is a
new event for the West North Kerry area and there will be races for all
classes from first to sixth, boys and girls and medals will be awarded to
the top 6 in each race. There will be a shield for the best overall school.
The fun begins at 6pm with registration which costs 2 euro.

This a great opportunity to introduce new athletes to athletics and
health. Further information will be available from the primary school this
week or from St Brendan’s AC secretary Irene on 087 7985557. Club athlete
Aaron Horgan was the first finisher on Sunday last in the Tralee junior
park-run for the 50th time, an incredible achievement. Aaron has also been
a volunteer on 25 occasions. He was joined by a group of 15 from the club
in what has become an amazing weekly event in athletics. Training
continues at 6.30pm on Wednesdays in An Fearann for all age-groups from 7
