BALLYHEIGUE COMMUNITY CENTRE: For a magical evening of Irish music, song

LENTEN TALK: Fr. Peter McVerry, SJ will deliver a Lenten Talk this year
entitled ‘Faith without Justice is Dead’ on behalf of Naomh Bhréanainn
Pastoral Area Tuesday 26th March in St.Bernard’s Church, Abbeydorney. You
are all most welcome, and we would ask as many as possible to attend from
our Parish on the night to support this special event

COURSING LOTTO: The following numbers were drawn on Monday 18th March in
the Ballyheigue & District Coursing club Lotto: 2-3-28-30. Jackpot was not
won. The €50 winner was Kathleen Maloney, C/o Costcutter. The €25 winners
were Darragh McKenna-Conway, C/o John B. Peggy O’ Halloran, C/o Sean and
Geraldine Harris, C/o Kirby’s. Next week’s Jackpot €11,450.

GAA LOTTO: The following numbers were drawn on Monday 18th March in the
Ballyheigue GAA lotto: 11-12-18-24. The Jackpot of €10,600 was not won. The
two €50 winners were: Elizabeth McCarthy C/o Mary Casey and Anthony Dineen,
Tiershanahan. The €25 winner was Ciara & Jay Flahive, Dreenagh.

GAA LOTTO: The following numbers were drawn on last Sunday 24th March 4-10
13 23. The Jackpot of €10,650 was not won. Next week’s Jackpot will be
€10,700. The two €50 winners were Pat Joe Dee, C/o Kirby’s and Colm
Carroll, Ballinclemessig. The €25 winner was Oliver Leen, Old Mill
Ballyheigue.

GAA SENIOR: The Ballyheigue senior hurlers gave a great display against
Lixnaw when they lost by four points to the Champions. Full time score
Ballyheigue 1-15 & Lixnaw 0-22. The game was played at Lixnaw on Saturday
evening.

FIXTURES: Co U-12 hurling league Ballyheigue v Ballyduff at Ballyduff
Friday evening 5.30pm. Co U-16 hurling league Ballyheigue v Ballyduff at
John Joe O’Sullivan Park, Sunday morning 12 noon. North Kerry Board
upcoming fixtures for the Minor hurlers Round-1 Ballyheigue v Lixnaw at
Lixnaw Sunday morning 14th April at 11am. Round-2 Sunday 21th April;
Round 3 Sunday 23th April. Final 5th May.

AGM: The AGM of Ballyheigue Social Economy Enterprises CLG (Ballyheigue
Community Centre) will be held in the B.Community Centre, Sandhills Road,
Ballyheigue on Wednesday 17th April 2019 at 8.00pm.
