BALLYHEIGUE NOTES – Michael Burkett
BALLYHEIGUE NOTES – 5TH SEPTEMBER 2017
PATTERN DAY: We look forward to our annual Pattern Day at Our Lady’s Well
and Grotto on this Friday, 8th of September. Mass, celebrated by Bishop
Ray Browne, begins at 11.00am. Our thanks to all the volunteers, choir
members, readers, ministers, gardai and organizing committee. Ministers of
the Eucharist are asked to follow their guide without stopping to the place
assigned so that all areas are covered at the same time. Stewards are asked
to be at the Grotto at 9.30am to cater for the large crowds. It is in
accordance with the spirit of the Pattern to leave the Grotto car park for
the very elderly and disabled. These are asked to be there by 10.00am to
avoid disappointment. We pray that our devotion to Mary will bring many
graces and favours to our community.
