Confessions for Christmas: Thursday 21st December, after 7.30pm Mass.

Vigil Mass: 24th December 7.30pm.

Christmas Day: 25th December 9.30am and 11.00am, St. Mary’s Church.

Mass in Glenderry School at 10.00am Christmas Day.


Fr Brendan Walsh will bring Holy Communion to the elderly for Christmason
Tuesday 19th December, and Fr Denis O’Mahony on Friday 22nd December,beginning
1.30pm. Please note there will be no communion calls on 4th and 5th
January. Please inform relatives and friends.

Flahive’s Bar at 9.00pm. Your support is always appreciated – Table of 4 x
€20. We will also have Spot Prizes on the night; and look forward to an
enjoyable night to test your knowledge after the Christmas. Don’t forget

RACES: This year’s Ballyheigue Strand Horse and Pony Races will take place
on Wednesday 27th December 2017 at 13.00pm.

DEATH: The death occurred of Bridie Gaynor (née Kenny) Tiduff West, beloved
wifeof the late John, mother of Ellen, Breda, Anne and Patrick and sister
of the late Timmy, Michael and Patrick. Sadly missed by her family, her
brother-in-law Willie,, sisters-in-law Cathy and Noreen, nephews, nieces,
relatives, neighbours and many friends. Reposing at the Gleasure Funeral
Home, Tralee on Thursday 14th December with removal to St. Mary’s
Church, Ballyheigue.
Requiem Mass on Friday with internment afterwards in St. Mary’s
Cemetery, Ballyheigue.

DEATH: The death has occurred of Margaret Ali (née Cronin), Chestnut,
Herefordshire, England and formerly of Caherulla, Ballyheigue. Requiem
Mass on Saturday 16th December in St. Mary’s Church, Ballyheigue and
burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ballyheigue. May she rest in
Peace. Sadly missed by her family. Predeceased by her husband Neuzat.
Beloved mother of Ferdiye, grandmother of Chanel and Jasmin, sister Mary,
Middlesex, Jose, Chris, Tarkan and family, sisters-in-law, brothers
-in-law, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews, neighbours and
friends in Ireland, England and Turkey.

COURSING LOTTO: The following numbers were drawn on Monday 11th December
in Ballyheigue & District Coursing Club Lotto: 4-7-16-25. Jackpot was not
won. The €50 winner was Anna Fitzgerald, C/o Christina. The €25 winners
were: Eileen McElligott, C/o Pat: Tim Nolan, C/o Macs and Tara Hayes, C/o

GAA (AGM): The AGM of Ballyheigue GAA Club will be held in the Club Room
at 5.00pm on Sunday 14th January 2018. Nomination forms are available
from the Club Secretary Mike Mulvihill,

GAA LOTTO: The following numbers were drawn at last Sunday’s GAA Lotto:
10-18-20-30. The Jackpot of €7,400 was not won. Next week’s Jackpot will
be €7,450. The two €50 winners

were: Joan Leen, Church Road and Cora Corridon, Keel. The €25 winner was
Ciara & Joy Flahive, Dreenagh. If Jackpot is not won on Sunday 24th
December there will be 4 x €50 and 2 x €25 Drawns.

Many thanks to everyone who supports our weekly Lotto. The next Lotto draw
will take place on Sunday 7th January 2018.
