*Death:* The Death has occurred of Willie James, Dromature, Ballyheigue
Reposed at Hartnett’s Funeral Home, Ballyheigue Sunday evening, 15th of
September followed by removal to St. Mary’s Church, Ballyheigue. Requiem
Mass took place on Monday 16th September in St. Marys Church, Ballyheigue
and burial afterwards to St. James’ Old Cemetery, Ballyheigue. MAY HE REST
IN PEACE

Predeceased by his (Mother Mary Father John Brother Patrick) Sadly missed
by his loving Family Sister Mary, brother Johnny. Sister in laws Kathleen
and Noreen, Brother in law Pa, Nieces Breffni, Jacinta, Linda, Colette and
Sarah. Nephews Brent, Leighton, Justin and John. Grand-nieces and
Grand-nephews Relatives and Friends*.*

*Coursing Lotto: *The Following numbers were drawn on Monday 9th September
in the Ballyheigue and District Coursing Club Lotto 3.12.16.17. Jackpot was
not won. The €50 winner was Melanie Higgins c/o Sean. The €25 winners
Theresa O Mahony c/o Macs, Mary Jane Reidy c/o Kitty and Chris and Damien
Neilan c/o Christina. Next Week Jackpot €1,500.

*Kerry Hospice Foundation:* Sincere thanks to all who donated so generously
to Pattern Day collection which amounted to €2,110. Special thanks to all
Parishioners for their Private Donation to this worthy Kerry cause.

*Pattern Day Mass:* Ballyheigue Parishioners extend Míle Buíochas to the
Large crowd who once again attended the Pattern Day Mass. We would like to
thank in a special way Dr Brid Walsh and the Irish Red Cross, the Gardaí,
stewards, Minister of Eucharists, Readers, alter servers, Liturgy Group,
Alter Society, Choir and our Sacristan Cecelia Reidy. Our thanks to Mary
Flahive, Benny McDonnell, Derek and Kate McCarthy for use of there Fields
for parking and to Pat and Geraldine Ó Connor for making their house
available for vesting. Joe, Adrian, Mary Jane and Patrick in keeping the
grounds looking magnificent all year round and Judy for beautiful
refurbishment of Statue Our Lady. Last but not least- the group of men who
gave of their time, machinery, material and labour to improve Grotto
Carpark and Bus Lay-by. This has made our Well and Grotto a truly beautiful
place to visit and pray. We ask our Lady to enfold each and everyone of us
with her love and blessing as we face into Autumn days ahead.

*GAA Fixtures:* U16 North Kerry Championship Round 2 St Brendans v
Ballyheigue in Ardfert on this Sunday 22nd September 12pm.

*GAA Lotto:* The following numbers were drawn on Monday 9th September in
the Ballyheigue GAA Lotto 1.13.18.22. The Jackpot of €11,800 was not won.
The two €50 winners were Mary Casey c/o Costcutter and Kenan Shanahan
Ballyheigue. €25 winner was Mary Quille Harty’s Terrace. Next Weeks Jackpot
is €11,850. The Following numbers were drawn on Last Sunday GAA Lotto
2.4.11.27. The Jackpot of €11,850 was not won. The €50 winners were Jer
Reidy Harty’s Terrace and Joan ó Connor c/o Costcutter and €25 winner was
Donal Hussey Tiduff. Next Week Jackpot will be €11,900.

*Kerryhead/Ballyheigue Family Resource Centre *

Junior Badminton will return Tuesday September 24th at 6pm for ages 6-12
years. Registration will take place on the night. Cost €2 per
child. Basketball in association with Tralee Tigers will
return on Thursday 26th of September at 6.15pm for 5-9-year olds and 7.15pm
for 10-14-year olds. Cost €3 per child.

6th class transition group will begin on Wednesday 25th of September at 6pm
