CÚL CAMP: The Kellogs GAA Hurling Cúl Camp will take place at John Joe O’
Sullivan Park from the 17th to the 21st July. If you have not already
registered you can do so on the morning of the Camp.

DEATH: The death has occurred of Willie Flahive, Tiduff, Ballyheigue.
Reposing at Hartnett’s Funeral Home on Sunday 25th June followed by removal
to St Mary’s Church, Ballyheigue. Requiem Mass on Monday 26th and burial
afterwards in the Holy Family Cemetery, Ballyheigue. May he Rest in Peace.
Sadly missed by his loving family: Partner Ann, Brothers: Patrick, John,

BALLYHEIGUE COMMUNITY CENTRE: “The Field” by John B. Keane in association
with Ballyheigue Community Centre Players is back in the Community Centre.
This is your last chance to see it. It will run for two nights, next
Wednesday 5th and also the 12th July. Doors open at 7.30pm. Show starts

CELEBRATION OF LIGHT 2017 – RECOVERY HAVEN: Ballyheigue Beach at 8.15pm on
Monday 3rd July. This event is to celebrate the lives of our deceased,
Family and Friends. Candles are on sale in local shops and on the night at
€3 for one, €5 for two.

JOHN JOE O’SULLIVAN LECTURE: Bryan MacMahon, author of the ‘The Great
Famine in Tralee and North Kerry’ will deliver this year’s John Joe
O’Sullivan Memorial Lecture in the White Sands Hotel at 8.00pm on Tuesday 4
th July in conjunction with The Ballyheigue Festival. The theme he has
chosen is titled “The Great Famine in Ballyheigue”. Everyone Welcome.

HORIZON ON RADIO KERRY: A programme discussing the work of our parish
missionaries, as reflected in the book “Going Global for God” will be
broadcast by Radio Kerry on Sunday 9th July at 9.00am. Well worth
listening to!
